It is with great pleasure that we announce some exciting news. Effective April 2023, our firm will be known as Christensen & Taylor, PLLC. This change marks the addition of our friend and colleague, L. Brad Taylor, as a named director of the firm alongside D. Wade Christensen, Managing Director, and Adam W. Christensen, Director of Injury Law and Recovery Services.

Prior to joining Christensen Law in 2020, Mr. Taylor served as the Presiding Judge of the Workers’ Compensation Court. He was the youngest State Judge in Oklahoma history to be selected by the Judicial Nominating Committee, confirmed by the Senate, and appointed by the Governor. He also has the distinction of being the longest consecutively serving State Presiding Judge in the history of this great state. Before being appointed to the bench, Mr. Taylor worked in private practice, representing both state, national and international clients in all stages of civil litigation including workers’ compensation ranging from trials to Supreme Court appeals.

“Brad’s ability to navigate complex workers’ compensation cases in an efficient, creative, and cost-effective manner, along with his capability to retain and process a high number of these cases at any given time is unrivaled. He is also an individual of high character with an innate sense of fairness and justice, no doubt forged over many years on the bench and in private practice, and we could not be more honored to have him on our team.” Wade Christensen, Managing Director. “Even bigger than Brad’s biceps is his sense of humor. His kind but aggressive personality, wide-ranging knowledge of law and procedure with the skill to combine that knowledge and fiery magical illusions in presentations, in both English and Chinese, makes him a very special person to have in your corner.” Adam Christensen. “Having known Brad for over a decade as a friend, judge and
now colleague, I can say he is unequivocally one of the most genuine, fair, intelligent, hard-working, and dependable persons I have ever known. I am honored he is with us as we continue our mission to be one of the best workers’ compensation and subrogation law firms in Oklahoma.” Mary Fallin-Christensen.

Looking forward, we are proud to say that our firm is stronger and more experienced than ever. In addition to myself and Brad, longtime member of the firm, attorney Gary Long, is a seasoned professional with four decades of experience fighting for our clients. Attorney Joshua Romano is a star on the rise in the workers’ compensation court. Adam Christensen has spent over a decade helping our clients with their subrogation and recovery needs. Mary Fallin-Christensen, Senior Advisor, Consultant and Governor 2011-2019, has proven herself invaluable in our outreach and efforts to
continuously make a positive impact in our respective field for our clients. Finally, the team is completed with our wonderful staff members, each of whom has spent years in the legal field.

As we close the book on the first quarter of 2023, we are thankful for the relationships we have developed and the trust that our clients and colleagues have in the professional services we provide. That trust has afforded us the opportunity to work with many wonderful people. We feel incredibly lucky to have the team we do and to have you – our clients, colleagues, and friends – to work for and to work with. We remain committed to fostering these relationships and using our knowledge and experience to continue delivering exceptional, aggressive, innovative, and cost-effective results.
